Blogging is an excellent SEO strategy. It provides continually updated content for Google, plenty of opportunity to create an internal linking structure and use anchor text, and also engages your readers. However, a blog can take up a lot of time. Should you outsource your company blogging, or not?

The case for outsourcing:

Sometimes outsourcing is the only acceptable option – you run a small partnership and just don’t have time for example. Here are some other advantages:

It might be cheaper to pay someone else for it than spend your own time blogging

It can create a more professional blog

Pro bloggers are often more in tune with the net community

However, there are disadvantages …

The case for in-house blogging

If you’re trying to build yourself up as an expert and have a relatively obscure industry, you’ll almost never get the quality posts from an outsourced writer that you could write

In-house blogging creates a real face for your company … not an outsourced face

You have access to inside information that you might not think to pass on

You’ll have access to multimedia relevant to your company that freelance blog writers couldn’t get.

The solution?

As with many things – a mix of both strategies works best. Start with a 50/50 mix … and adjust as you go!

Blogging is the easiest way of getting visible online. Internet users from around the world have a blog of one or two. The reason why there are so many people addicted to blog is that it not only serves as a venting machine of mixed emotions and thoughts, but also an alternative tool of earning online through internet marketing.

Here are some useful tips you can put into your mind to make your blogging experience great:

(a) Blogging is a private activity. It is an act of expressing yourself through words. However, the trend shifted from making it a private into a public act. Blogs are easily spidered by search engines; with right keywords, your blog post is easily seen through search engines. That is why, the usual view on blogs that it is a private space is no longer applicable; the entire world can read your blogs. Although it may be customized in order to prevent search engine spiders from crawling on it and prevent search engine visibility, still there are lots of people who want their blogs to be exposed to the world. Sharing your opinions and thoughts is great and, in a way, satisfying. With blogging, you can be personal. Share your feelings and thoughts; after all, it is your blog.

In internet marketing, you need to do blog posting a lot. Doing it on daily basis would have you lead in the competition. If I’m not mistaken, the task is done in at least one hour to arrive at a well-written blog entry with well-said points. However, for a fast-paced environment, there are already a lot of things to be accomplished in one hour. Dedicating only one hour for blogging is a little bit wasting. Cutting short the time is the most ideal thing to do. Here are some ways of cutting short your blogging time. Let me give you some points of completing your blogging task in 30 minutes.

(a) Use Google: Search for any articles that are related in your chosen field with the use of Google. Google is the most reliable search engine because compared to other search engines; it gives more relevant search results. Other option of searching for write ups and topics for your blog is to use Google Blog Search. Google Blog Search updates its website listing in as frequent as per minute. So, you are always assured of fresh blog posts, fresh views.

(b) Once you have found a piece of article or a piece of blog entry written by others, read and reread it. Once you have understood what’s being said, start your own write up. Borrow the ideas or concepts presented in your source write up and create you own by inserting your own viewpoints.
