To get included in Google News, your website must not be run by one author. It is believed that your site would only pass the standards for Google News listing if you have fulfilled first the technical requirement such as the number of authors for your site. Some SEO professionals find their way in getting included in Google News by having five or more authors. It is not clear what specific number of authors a website should have in order to get into Google News. It is thought that three authors are ideal but merely an assumption.
Sites that are perceived by Google News as operational organizations would easily get into the inclusion. There must be clear structure of writer or editor. Authors should have biographies plus company information. Other vital information includes physical address, email address, phone numbers and many others. In other words, your site must have all the necessary characteristics in order to be seen as operational organization. The reason for this is to let Google News be assured that your site can produce high quality and fresh write ups consistently and in daily basis.
In terms of the requirement on how many articles should be published in a day, Google News want at least two to three. It is also assumed by some experts that your will get included in the posting if you have few hundreds of articles in the archive. This means that it would take a little bit longer before getting into the Google News.
